SAGINAW, Mich. — Democratic candidate for Michigan governor Chris Swanson will host a “Meet the Candidate” community event from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, at Unión Cívica Mexicana, 2715 Wadsworth St., Saginaw.
According to the event flyer, attendees will have an opportunity to meet Swanson and hear about his campaign, which emphasizes leadership, experience and commitment to the community. A free patito dinner will be served during the event.
The gathering is open to the public.
