East Lansing, MI — The East Lansing High School Performing Arts Department is excited to bring high-energy music, sharp humor, and unforgettable performances to the stage with this year’s spring musical, Mean Girls: The Musical. Based on the hit Paramount Pictures film and the Broadway sensation, this production celebrates student talent, creativity, and the vibrant arts community at ELHS.
Audiences will follow new student Cady Heron as she navigates the complicated social world of North Shore High, discovering friendship, confidence, and the power of staying true to yourself. With dynamic choreography, a lively ensemble, and a cast of dedicated student performers, this production promises an entertaining and meaningful night at the theatre.

Leading the cast is Clara McEvoy as Cady Heron, joined by Fin McConnell as Janis Sarkisian and Toby Huhta as Damian Hubbard. McKinleigh Cole takes on the iconic role of Regina George, alongside Lily Shumake as Gretchen Wieners and Maggie Walters as Karen Smith. A talented ensemble of performers portrays teachers, students, mathletes, dancers, band geeks, and more — showcasing the depth and collaboration of the ELHS theatre program.
